Viola Beacon Resort, Lonavala

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were prompt and well-trained, making my stay nice. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had unique facilities like a selfie-taking light cycle and a tea tapri. Breakfast was a mind-blowing buffet, and I also enjoyed ordering delicious food like cheese chili toast and crunchy French fries in my room.

The food offered during our new year stay at this hotel was fantastic. We loved the variety of options, especially the delicious cheese chili toast and crunchy french fries. The staff here are very prompt and well trained, creating a memorable stay for us. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained, allowing us to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was also great, and we were able to explore nearby activities and attractions.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay, there were some things that could be improved. The beds in our room were uncomfortable as they were two single beds pushed together.

The hotel offered a wide range of indoor sports and activities such as table football, table tennis, carrom, and billiards. the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the hotel had a beautiful ambiance. the staff was genuine and prompt with their services, making the stay the most memorable, with a mind-blowing buffet spread. Some rooms had breathtaking views which added a unique experience.

The hotel's location was a bit remote, causing travelers to spend on tolls every time they went sightseeing.

Great location close to the highway and attractions, perfect for a weekend city break. Room cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the delicious breakfast with a variety of options and the well-maintained pool that was perfect to beat the heat.

The room we stayed in had twin beds pushed together, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. the restaurant was also cold and breezy, making it challenging to enjoy our meals during colder months.

The buffet was mind-blowing, with delicious foods like Cheese chili toast and Crunchy french fries. The staff provided excellent and prompt service, making my stay nice. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the hotel's unique ambience with Hindi dialogues, a selfie-taking light cycle, and a tea tapri added to the experience. there were games like table football, table tennis, carrom, and badminton available, as well as nearby go karting. The room cleanliness and staff behavior were really good.
